March's Coffee of the Month:

Chirripo

This month’s coffee comes to us from the Cerro Chirripo region, which is the tallest mountain in Costa Rica. The topography, soil conditions, diverse ecosystem and an abundance of fresh water in the area make this extremely fertile ground for growing and producing coffee. You should find strong Caramel and Raw Sugar notes with some soft complimentary Dark Chocolate and Bready tones as well. Not every coffee is suited to be a dark roast. Chirripo however, is nearly perfect and will leave wanting more. Don’t be shy to scale this mountain, give Chirripo a shot today!
