  • Sensory Notes: Toffee, Caramel, Nectarine, Raspberry

    From a roasters perspective, a honey processed coffee is always something interesting to work with. Plus, a distinct name is always hard for anyone to overlook right? So a honey processed coffee from a lot called The Cypress? You had me at hello. The good news is, this coffee really lives up to that unique first impression. Strong, yet sweet tones of toffee and caramel carry the day here, with some nice berry and stone fruit notes popping up as well.  Well balanced from start to finish, I really enjoyed El Cipres and I hope you will too.
