May's Coffee of the Month:

El Palto

This month’s coffee is known by its producers as ‘El Palto’ aka The Avocado. Personally, I’d suggest a name change since the raw, green coffee smells just like a Cajun Bell Pepper, but hey, that’s just me. Anyway, this coffee has a lot more to offer once it’s roasted and water is brought into the equation. Alongside that garden fresh quality, you’ll find some very pleasant Dark Chocolate and Nutmeg notes, plus a slight underlying Citrusy tone as well. I’m tempted to make an avocado toast/roast joke here on my way out, but I suppose I’ll save the puns for a possible midlife crisis standup routine in the future. Alright Baden, that’s it for me!
