Medium Roast – Named for our inaugural year of 1997, this recipe is made from three exotic coffees designed to take your palate on a tour across the world in one single cup. It took us 96 tries to get it right, but we think it was well worth the effort. Aromas of cocoa and molasses meets flavours of syrup and spice, followed by a sweet, honey aftertaste. High body and low acidity.
