Rotating Weekly Menus (Spring)

Week 1 -

SALAD:  Greek pasta Salad – Spinach, pasta salad (pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese) with Greek dressing on the side

WRAP: Ham and Cheese Pesto Wrap – Lettuce, tomato, ham, swiss and mozzarella cheese, mayo and pesto. 

GRILLED 'WICH: Blueberry and Brie Grilled Cheese – Fresh blueberry and brie cheese on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 2

SALAD: Italian Chickpea Salad – Lettuce, chickpeas, diced peppers, onion and cucumber with Italian dressing on the side

WRAP: Chicken Quesadilla – Chicken, red onion, cheese, sour cream and salsa on the side 

GRILLED 'WICH: Avocado Grilled Cheese –Whipped feta cheese, avocado, cucumber and apple on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 3

SALAD: Pomegranate Quinoa Salad – Spinach, quinoa, barley, pomegranate and goat cheese with a poppy seed dressing on the side

Sub: Italian Sub – pastrami, ham, turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion with Italian dressing 

GRILLED 'WICH: Caprese Grilled Cheese  – Mozzarella, tomato slices and basil with a drizzle of balsamic on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 4

SALAD: Greek Salad – Lettuce, black olives, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta with Greek  dressing on the side

Wrap : BBQ Chicken Wrap – Chicken, BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, red onion, spinach with Caesar dressing  

GRILLED 'WICH: Monte Cristo -  Ham, swiss cheese, mustard, mayo and egg on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 5

SALAD: Taco Salad – Lettuce, cheese, tortilla chips, chicken, green onion, tomato with sour cream and salsa on the side

WRAP: Thai Chicken Wrap – Chicken, peanut sauce, lettuce, cucumber, celery and carrot

GRILLED 'WICH: Pear Brie Grilled Cheese – Brie, sliced pear, arugula, drizzled with balsamic glaze on your choice of white or whole wheat bread

Week 6

SALAD: Chicken Caesar Salad  Romaine, chicken, bacon, parmesan, croutons with Caesar dressing on the side

WRAP: Turkey Wrap– Lettuce, sliced turkey, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese with Caesar dressing

GRILLED 'WICH: Bacon Dill Grilled Cheese  –Bacon, cheese, dill pickle on your choice of white or whole wheat bread
